I advocate for 1:1 coaching because it’s challenging to hold ourselves accountable to make lasting change. The vast amount of money blogs, books, and social media content is overwhelming to distill when you feel paralyzed.

How Coaching Works
Think of a money coach like having a personal trainer minus the workout equipment. A trainer wants to know your fitness goals, what you have tried before, what’s worked, what hasn’t, as well as any injuries and obstacles along the way.
A money coach serves a similar role. This is a collaborative team effort! When you’re struggling with what to do next, a coach will guide you with clear recommendations and nudge you to stay on track. Your coach may also educate, hold you accountable, and reaffirm your commitment to your financial goals. When you feel stuck, they encourage you to put one foot in front of the other. No matter how slow you’re moving, you’re still making forward progress.
Getting Started - 1:1 Coaching Options – Meetings Are Held Virtually
Single Session Review – $150
You have been managing your finances pretty well (congrats!) and have identified a stumbling block. During this 60-minute focused, virtual session, we’ll work to clarify your goal and the action steps to achieve it. Areas might include paying off debt, retirement planning, understanding your investments in plain language (no advice given). I’ll follow up with a summary email with the information discussed with any appropriate resources.
3 Month Coaching Program – $1250
You are committed to making life-changing progress over 3 months to achieve Clarity, Confidence and Calm.
This program includes:
- Six, 1-hour sessions. The first 2 sessions will be held 1 week apart to get a jump start. From there, our goal will be to meet twice each month.
- Your own personalized, comprehensive, and actionable financial plan.
- My assistance in implementing the recommendations within your plan.
- A summary email after each session that outlines the next steps and agenda for our next meeting, including any resources.
- Weekly email check-ins to keep you accountable and on track.
3 Sessions – Preventative Medicine – $150
After completing either the single session or 3-month program, there may be situations where you’re facing new obstacles or needing some further coaching to keep the guard rails on until you feel completely comfortable.
This program consists of three, 30-minute phone calls to focus on these areas. They can be used anytime over a 3-month period.
